The course provides an introduction to sustainable waste management, the zero waste vision and the importance of waste management for society, the environment and the climate. It contains basic knowledge, practical examples from municipalities and tools for preventing waste, increasing recycling and developing circular solutions.

The course is aimed at professionals and decision-makers who want to drive change towards more sustainable waste management.

It takes approximately 40–60 minutes to complete and is free of charge.
